Deliver a seamless, 5-star experience to residents and guests at every interactionServe as the primary point of contact, managing arrivals, departures, and daily requestsCoordinate reservations, transportation, events, and personalized services with precisionMonitor access control and maintain a secure, well-managed front desk presenceBuild strong relationships with residents, local businesses, and service providersHandle administrative duties, reports, and communications with accuracy and professionalismWhat We’re Looking For:Experience in luxury hospitality, high-rise residential, or similar environmentExceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsPolished presentation with a calm, professional demeanor under pressureStrong local knowledge and a passion for delivering personalized experiencesAbility to multitask while maintaining the highest level of service standards
