Luxury Retail Recruitment Consultant (Intern)

We are looking for a Recruitment Intern to join our Luxury Retail recruitment team in Dubai.This is a hands-on role working alongside an established recruitment team supporting some of the leading luxury fashion, jewellery, watches and beauty brands across the Middle East.You’ll be involved in real recruitment from the start. Researching the market, identifying candidates, approaching people, speaking with them, understanding their backgrounds and supporting the team throughout the recruitment process.It’s important to be clear about the environment.We work at a fast pace, expectations are high and the workload can be demanding. Priorities change quickly, deadlines matter and you need to be comfortable managing several things at once.This is also a five-day-a-week, office-based role. We work together as a team from the office and this is not a hybrid position.For someone who is ambitious, switched on and genuinely wants to learn recruitment, there is a huge amount of exposure and opportunity to develop.What you'll be doingResearching the luxury market and identifying potential candidatesSourcing and approaching candidates across different platformsSpeaking with candidates and understanding their experience and career motivationsSupporting the team across live recruitment assignmentsCoordinating interviews and keeping recruitment processes movingBuilding your knowledge of luxury brands, competitors and the wider Middle East marketMaintaining candidate information and providing day-to-day recruitment supportGradually taking on more responsibility as your experience developsYou should be someone who:Communicates confidently and enjoys speaking with peopleIs naturally outgoing, positive and comfortable starting conversationsHas a strong work ethic and takes ownership of what they are givenCan handle pressure and work to deadlinesIs organised and able to manage multiple prioritiesLearns quickly and doesn't need to be constantly chasedIs comfortable working in a target-driven environmentWants to develop, take on responsibility and build a careerThis isn't an internship where you'll spend your time observing from the sidelines.
