Nobelle is a luxury travel and concierge company in Dubai. We handle everything from private jets and premium cabin flights to five-star hotels and the kind of requests you can't Google. Our clients are high-net-worth individuals, and we also run a B2B partner program for businesses.We're growing the sales team and we want people who actually close, not people who send a nice proposal and wait.What you'll actually be doing:- Selling Nobelle to individual clients, businesses, or both- Running your own deals start to finish, no handholding- Turning first conversations into long-term relationships, not one-off salesWho does well here:- You've sold something high-ticket before (luxury, travel, real estate, hospitality, watches, high-end cars, etc.) or you've done B2B/partnership sales- You can hold a room and hold a conversation with someone who has real money- You want uncapped commission, not a safety net- You're in Dubai or can beMoney:Commission-only for the first 3 months, no caps. If you're good, we bring you on full-time after that, and commission stays uncapped on top of your base.How we're hiring:No 5-round interview process. We'll sit you down, walk you through the offer, and then you pitch it back to us in the room. If you can sell, we'll know within minutes.
