About WOSOL ConciergeWOSOL Concierge is a premium lifestyle and travel concierge company dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences through personalized services, luxury travel planning, and business concierge solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and arrange domestic and international travel itineraries.Book flights, hotels, transportation, and travel-related services.Coordinate luxury travel experiences and VIP requests.Handle visa applications and travel documentation.Communicate with global suppliers, hotels, airlines, and destination partners.Prepare quotations and travel proposals for clients.Provide prompt and professional customer support before, during, and after travel.Ensure all bookings are accurate and completed within deadlines.Maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers and partners.RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent.Minimum 2 years of experience in travel, tourism, or luxury hospitality.Experience using GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is preferred.Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional service quality.Passion for luxury travel and customer experience.Preferred QualificationsExperience in luxury travel or concierge services.Knowledge of international destinations, visa requirements, and travel regulations.Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
