Candidate must have strong hands-on experience of 10+ years on Salesforce Platform with at least 4+ years of experience leading enterprise architecture initiatives and designing modern Lightning Experience solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC). Excellent technical leadership, client-facing consulting, and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities* Define enterprise UI architecture standards for Salesforce applications. Design and govern large-scale reusable Lightning Web Component frameworks. Lead architecture and technical design workshops with stakeholders. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Ensure adherence to Salesforce development and architecture best practices. Lead Aura-to-LWC modernization initiatives. Architect secure and high-performing frontend frameworks. Review code and provide technical governance across projects. Mentor developers, technical leads, and solution architects. Define DevOps and release management approaches for Salesforce programs. Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, and Delivery Teams. Support solution estimation, pre-sales activities, and architecture governance boards.
