M&A Analyst - 140K + Bonus

This person will ideally have at least 3+ years' experience coming out of Big 4 to work on corporate finance, M&A and strategy!Responsibilities:Manage the annual revenue and expense planning cycle, leading budgeting and forecastingApply learnings from strategic & operational analyses to improve underwriting & analysis of acquisition targetsLead analysis to generate strategic recommendations and answer specific strategic questions from business leaders concerning the profitability and direction of the business and specific products, services and marketsCreating and analyzing financial modelsCollaborate with management team on portfolio valuationsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/FinanceActive and current CPAPublic Accounting experience is a MUST coming out of TS groups.At least 2 years of experienceAdvanced Excel / Tech Savvy
