Our team, with deep industry experience in new media, marketing services, and disruptive technologies, provides independent advice, hands-on execution, and access to a global network of relationships and investors.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting the deal teams on all aspects of an M&A transaction, including preparation of marketing materials, financial analysis, review of due diligence reports and overall process coordinationGathering market data to analyse trends and conduct research on new business targets and competitive landscapesPreparing and maintaining industry/company presentations and other process documents, including pitch decks, valuation materials, etc.Participating in the company’s deal origination efforts, including identifying and engaging with new business targetsCreating and updating financial and operational modelsInvolvement in the company’s marketing efforts through research and coordination of activitiesAssisting with the preparation of Ciesco’s Annual M&A Review by conducting research on M&A deal activity and putting together a written report Qualifications, Skills & ExperienceMinimum 1-3 years of experience in corporate finance, preferably with experience in producing marketing materials, analysing financial statements, and preparing for new business pitchesStrong educational background with a minimum of a 2.1 degree or equivalent from a top universityProficient use of Microsoft Office, in particular, Excel and PowerPointStrong analytical and research abilitiesResourcefulness, ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressureExcellent communication and presentation skillsSolid work ethic, motivation level, intellectual curiosity and rigorous attention to detailPersonal integrity, initiative and leadership qualitiesTeam player with a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to “manage up”
