M&A Analyst Intern

About us Blueforge Partners is a strategic buy-side M&A advisor helping ambitious companies and investors scale internationally. Our mission is to help companies identify, approach, and acquire the right businesses, anywhere in the world. We generate proprietary deal flow, identify outreach and long-term relationships with business owners, building an acquisition pipeline that never reaches the open market. We also advise on sell-side mandates, minority financial partnerships, and inorganic growth strategy. The needs vary. The commitment does not. We are a team built around outcomes not advisory.The roleYou will play a key role in helping us expand our footprint and deliver impact across a diverse range of sectors. You will work on real mandates from day one.• Design impactful presentations to showcase our advisory services and value to potential clients• Draft professional M&A documents including One-Pagers, Teasers and Information Memoranda (Info Memos)• Research and analyze markets and companies to identify and qualify opportunities in industrial and tech sectors• Engage with prospects via various channels to present services, understand needs, and assess alignment• Assist in crafting and executing strategies to drive Blueforge's business growth• Participate in brainstorming sessions focused on impact and growth, we want to hear your ideasYour profileYou are in the final year of a Master's/MBA and eager to dive into the world of business development and strategy consulting.• Available in September 2026 for a 6-month end-of-studies internship in Dubai• Must be based in the UAE• Strong written & verbal communication & presentation skills in both French & English (required)• Capable of conducting market research and analyzing data to guide strategies• Experience in strategy, business development, finance, sales, or marketing within consulting or industrial/tech sectors is a plus• Passionate about business transformation, with the ambition to contribute ideas and help drive our growth
