Looking someone from a tier 1 bank who can take ownership on complex mandates with minimal oversight, mentor the next generation of analysts, and thrive across the full spectrum of ECM and M&A deals across the MENA region.Responsibilities:Own the full M&A lifecycle through to closeLead financial modelling, deal structuring, and valuation across buy side and sell side dealsPrepare and present pitch books, IM's, and board material to the highest standardRequirements:3+ years of M&A experience at a tier 1 bulge bracket or elite boutique, a strong Senior Analyst ready to make the step upExcellent academic record from a top University; MBA or CFA preferredProven ability to run complex deal execution at the highest quality level independentlyBroad and varied M&A deal experience in the region is highly preferred This is a rare opportunity to work for a tier investment firm, they are offering a competitive package and relocation support.If you meet the above criteria and would like to learn more, please follow the link to apply directly.
