They are seeking driven professionals with a proven track record of delivering complex transactions from origination through to close.The Associate will play an integral role in the full lifecycle of M&A mandates. You will work directly with senior bankers and clients, owning analytical workstreams, leading financial models, and presenting recommendations at the highest level. This is a client-facing, execution-driven position for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, deal-intensive environment.Key Responsibilities Key RequirementsOwn and execute M&A mandates (full lifecycle)Lead financial modelling and valuation work across live transactionsPrepare and present pitchbooks, information memoranda, management presentations, and board materialsCoordinate legal, technical, and financial due diligence workstreams with external advisorsManage client relationships, data rooms, and counterparty interactions throughout live processesApply AI-powered tools and data analytics to enhance research quality and workflow efficiencyKey Requirements3–6 years of investment banking experience at a tier 1 bulge bracket or elite boutiqueExcellent academic record from a top University, MBA or CFA preferredSector experience in one of more of; Infrastructure, Renewables, Energy, Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, Heavy Industrials, or TMTFull deal lifecycle experience across buy-side and sell-side mandates, with exceptional financial modelling skillsConfident navigating AI-powered tools and applying them practicallyWillingness to relocate to Dubai or already based in the regionThis is a rare opportunity to join one of the worlds best Investment firms, they are offering a highly attractive compensation package, full relocation support, and you will sit alongside some of the finest dealmakers in the industry, whilst working on some of the most complex and consequential transactions in the MENA region.If you meet the above criteria and are interested in exploring this opportunity, please apply through this advert and attach your CV.
