M&A Manager

We are working with a top-tier boutique advisory firm who are currently recruiting a Manager into its Dublin advisory team.The team has a strong focus on the Irish mid-market and private M&A, advising entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, corporates and financial sponsors across a broad range of sectors. This is a generalist role offering significant exposure to senior deal markers and clients, with Associates taking meaningful responsibility throughout the transaction lifecycle.The RoleExecute private M&A and strategic advisory mandates across the Irish mid-marketManage key transaction workstreams from preparation through to completionBuild and review financial models, valuations and transaction analysesPrepare information memoranda, management presentations and client materialsCoordinate with clients, counterparties and external advisersManage and develop junior team membersSupport senior bankers on origination and business developmentWork on both domestic and cross-border transactionsKey requirements: 4 – 6 years investment banking, corporate finance or M&A experience.Strong financial modelling and valuation skillsExcellent commercial judgement and the ability to take ownership. Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with senior clients are essential.Passionite about business and financial markets.
