We remove the friction of investing across markets by building trusted relationships, providing consultative advice, and acting as a trusted brand across each market we enter.The RoleWe are looking for a high-impact M&A Manager (5–7 years’ experience) to work directly with the founders and leadership team on sourcing and executing transactions.This is a hands-on role in a lean environment — ideal for someone who wants ownership, exposure, and the opportunity to help build a company through M&A rather than operate in a large corporate structure.Key ResponsibilitiesDeal Origination & StrategyIdentify acquisition targets across fragmented service industries (e.g., healthcare, education, business services, consumer services) Build relationships with founders, advisors, and intermediaries Conduct market mapping and develop sector theses Transaction Execution (End-to-End)Lead financial analysis, valuation, and deal structuring Build detailed operating and valuation models Coordinate due diligence across financial, legal, and commercial streams Support negotiations and transaction documentation Founder & Leadership SupportPrepare investment memos and present directly to senior leadership and investors Work closely with the CEO / founders on strategic initiatives Post-Acquisition Value CreationSupport integration and performance tracking of acquired businesses Help define synergy capture and operational improvements Candidate Profile5–7 years of experience in: Investment banking (M&A), private equity, or corporate development Strong execution experience across full deal lifecycle Exposure to services sectors or roll-up strategies is highly preferred Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and fast pace Strong communication skills and ability to interact with founders Why JoinDirect exposure to founders and decision-making Opportunity to build and scale a platform through M&A High ownership and autonomy High volume, fast paced deal teamFast career progression vs traditional corporate environments
