Machine Learning EngineerA fantastic opportunity for a Machine Learning Engineer to join a world-leading AI technology company developing cutting-edge software solutions. This is an ideal opportunity for an ML Engineer who has a strong academic background and experience working with LLM technologies. You will work alongside Software Engineers, Machine Learning specialists, and the wider tech team to deploy, integrate and optimise innovative machine learning models within highly advanced, real-world products.Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week in the officeSalary: £55,000 to £80,000 per annum + excellent benefitsRequirements for Machine Learning Engineer:Strong commercial experience in a Machine Learning Engineering, AI Engineering, Software Engineering or closely related roleStrong experience working with Python and the ability to write production-quality codeCommercial or substantial project experience working with Large Language ModelsExperience with LangChain and/or LangGraphFamiliarity with machine learning frameworks, model deployment, and inference technologiesExperience using Python data and matrix manipulation libraries such as NumPy and pandasThis company highly values a top academic history, so is looking for a 1st or 2:1 in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence or another closely related subject with a minimum AAB at A Level, or international equivalentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsComfortable working autonomously and making technical decisions, while also collaborating closely with a highly technical teamExperience in any of the following would be beneficial:Python memory management and performance optimisationGPU optimisation and accelerationResponsibilities for Machine Learning Engineer:Deploy and integrate new machine learning models into advanced commercial software productsWork with Large Language Models and modern AI orchestration frameworks, including LangChain and LangGraphCollaborate with Software Engineers, Machine Learning specialists and Security ResearchersTake projects from rapid prototyping and experimentation through to production implementationOptimise machine learning models for speed, scale, runtime and memory usageHelp improve the performance and scalability of existing AI systemsDevelop innovative new features using machine learning and AI technologiesExplore new technologies and approaches to solve complex technical challengesBuild expertise across a broad range of technology stacks, with opportunities to specialise in particular areasWhat the role offers:The opportunity to work on genuinely cutting-edge AI and machine learning technology used to solve complex real-world challengesA highly technical environment working alongside leading EngineersExcellent benefits including private medical insurance for you and your family, enhanced family leave, life insurance, pension and additional annual leaveApplications:If you would like to apply for this unique Machine Learning Integration Engineer role, then please send your CV via the relevant links!We’re committed to creating an inclusive and accessible recruitment process.
