This role is a senior, hands‑on leadership position at the intersection of software engineering, machine learning, and generative AI, working on real‑world applications with high operational impact.You will help define, deploy, and scale generative AI and ML solutions that support complex industrial assets and digital platforms, contributing directly to efficiency, reliability, and long‑term sustainability goals.What You’ll DoAct as a technical lead between business, product, and engineering teamsTranslate business needs into scalable AI / ML solutionsDesign, fine‑tune, deploy, and optimize generative AI models (primarily LLMs)Develop production‑grade machine learning pipelines and algorithmsWork with structured, unstructured, time‑series, and text dataIntegrate AI/ML models into enterprise digital platformsEvaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy and reliabilityStay current with AI/ML research, tooling, and best practicesDocument architectures, models, and processes for reuse and scalabilityWhat We’re Looking ForDegree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field5+ years experience in software engineering and AI/ML2+ years hands‑on experience with generative AIProven experience deploying and fine‑tuning ML models in productionStrong skills in Python (Java / .NET a plus)Solid understanding of ML, deep learning, and statistical modelingExperience with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)Familiarity with Agile environments and version control (Git)Strong collaboration and problem‑solving skillsNice to HaveMLOps experience (CI/CD, model monitoring)TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging FaceLarge‑scale data processing and feature engineeringUnderstanding of ethical AI and model explainabilityExperience with industrial or operational systems
