Backed by leading investors, the company is building an AI-native platform that automates complex workflows at scale and is looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to help shape the next stage of its growth.What you'll be doing:Build and deploy production-grade machine learning systemsDevelop AI-powered workflows that solve complex real-world problemsWork closely with domain experts to translate business processes into intelligent automationImprove model accuracy, scalability, and customer outcomesHelp shape the engineering culture as the team continues to growCollaborate directly with experienced founders in a fast-paced, high-impact environmentWhat we're looking for:Strong software engineering skills, ideally with PythonCommercial experience building and deploying machine learning modelsExperience with modern AI technologies, including LLMs or GenAI, is highly desirableStrong cloud experience (AWS, GCP or Azure)Comfortable working in a fast-moving start-up environmentPassion for building products that deliver measurable business impactMust have core ML fundamentals — evaluation and metrics in particular — alongside hands-on experience applying LLMs to real problemsWhat's on offer:Up to £150,000 base salaryMeaningful equity packageOffice-based role in LondonOpportunity to work directly with foundersBuild AI products used in production from day oneJoin a rapidly growing, venture-backed business with significant long-term potentialIf you're interested in building impactful AI products from the ground up, I'd be happy to share more details in confidence.
