You’ll design predictive models, optimize campaigns, and deploy GenAI solutions that maximize ROI.What You’ll DoAnalyze datasets from games, ad networks & MMPs to improve UA performanceBuild predictive models, LTV frameworks & A/B testing pipelinesDeploy ML/GenAI solutions (Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, etc.)Optimize attribution, bidding & targeting with AdTech partnersCollaborate with UA, product & engineering teams to translate business needs into ML solutionsWhat We’re Looking For2+ years in UA, AdTech, or gaming analyticsStrong Python & SQL skills; experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Sklearn)Hands‑on with MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust) & UA toolsKnowledge of attribution modeling, campaign optimization & statistical methodsExposure to GenAI (RAG, context engineering, agentic AI)
