Machine Learning Engineer | Frontier AI | San Francisco | $150k–$350k + EquityI’m currently working with a high-growth AI research company looking for an exceptional Machine Learning Engineer to join their team in San Francisco.They work directly with leading AI labs, building multimodal datasets and ML systems that support the next generation of foundation models.This is a high-ownership role covering everything from model development and evaluation through to production ML systems.You’ll work on:→ Fine-tuning multimodal and vision-language models→ Building evaluation and QA systems→ Large-scale filtering, ranking and retrieval across video datasets→ Production ML pipelines and data quality systems→ Solving complex problems directly with frontier AI teamsLooking for:• 2+ years’ ML engineering experience• Strong Python, PyTorch and production ML experience• Experience with modern foundation models• Strong understanding of evaluation and dataset quality• Experience with multimodal AI/video is a plusIf you’re an ML Engineer looking to work on genuinely cutting-edge AI problems, please apply!
