We’re headquartered in New York, with a regional office in Seoul.Our leadership includes a founder with one prior exit, alongside the former COO of Mizuho, Japan’s third-largest bank, and product talent from Coupang, Toss, Goldman Sachs and other leading technology companies.We plan to grow our Seoul office to 50+ employees this year to support our expanding base of Asian enterprise clients. Our Products & Services Norric OS is an AI-native application suite for investment operations across portfolio monitoring, investor relations CRM, and due diligence. Our software applications business is growing with an opportunity to tackle diverse pain points for investment firms. Norric ADX is an AI deployment platform for financial institutions and complex enterprises. Our engineers work directly with clients to solve critical enterprise pain points and drive AI transformation across industries, including manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and more.Roles and Responsibilities 계약서, 실사 문서 등 다양한 비정형 문서를 신뢰할 수 있는 데이터로 변환하는 AI 파싱 엔진과 고객사 지식 엔진의 검색·매칭 성능을 지속적으로 고도화합니다.수요 예측, 재고 관리 등 실물 비즈니스의 운영 효율을 극대화하기 위한 머신러닝 및 최적화 알고리즘을 설계하고 실제 환경에 적용합니다.Evaluation Set을 구축하고, 프롬프트/모델 등의 변경이 실제 품질에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 검증합니다.OpenAI, Anthropic, Google 등 다양한 LLM을 오케스트레이션하여 안정적이고 비용 효율적인 AI 시스템을 구축 및 운영합니다.최신 LLM 및 AI 기술을 빠르게 검증하고 제품에 적용하여 고객 가치를 높입니다.Requirements Python 기반 백엔드 또는 ML 시스템 개발 경력 5년 이상이 있으신 분LLM 에이전트 또는 예측·최적화 등 다양한 AI/ML 모델을 직접 설계하고 프로덕션 환경에 배포 및 운영해 본 경험이 있으신 분평가 지표를 직접 설계하고, 실험을 통해 AI/ML 시스템의 성능을 지속적으로 개선해 본 경험이 있으신 분문서, 로그 등의 비정형 데이터뿐만 아니라 다양한 형태의 데이터를 활용해 실제 비즈니스 문제를 해결해 본 경험이 있으신 분복잡한 현실의 문제를 구조화하고, 데이터 기반의 실험을 통해 최적의 해결책(운영 최적화, 자동화 등)을 도출하는 것을 즐기시는 분Preference RAG, Hybrid Search, Vector Database를 활용한 검색 시스템 구축 경험이 있으신 분OCR, VLM, Layout Analysis 등 문서 파싱(Document AI) 프로젝트 경험이 있으신 분ML로 '재고 관리 최적화'나 '수요 예측' 같은 실물 비즈니스의 운영 효율화를 해본 경험이 있으신 분멀티 에이전트 또는 Agentic Workflow를 설계·운영해본 경험이 있으신 분OpenAI, Anthropic, Google 등 다양한 LLM 프로바이더를 비교·운영하며 최적화해본 경험이 있으신 분B2B SaaS 또는 금융·투자 도메인 제품을 개발한 경험이 있으신 분초기 스타트업에서 제품을 주도적으로 설계하고 출시·운영해본 경험이 있으신 분서류 접수 ＞ 1차 비대면 인터뷰 ＞ 2차 대면 인터뷰 ＞ 처우 합의 ＞ 최종 합격 (빠른 채용 가능)
