Machine Learning Engineer Want to build machine learning systems that actually fly, drive and operate in the real world?We’re hiring talented Machine Learning Engineers to develop AI for real autonomous systems, with models deployed directly onto UAVs, UGVs and USVs.You’ll work on challenging problems across computer vision, perception, autonomy and ML infrastructure - taking ideas from R&D through to deployment on real hardware.What you’ll work onDevelop and deploy deep learning models for autonomous systemsBuild solutions across computer vision, perception and vision-language modelsWork with LiDAR, geospatial and multimodal sensor dataOptimise models for real-time and edge deploymentBuild scalable training, evaluation and ML pipelinesWork with GPU clusters, Kubernetes and HPC environmentsUse simulation and synthetic data to accelerate model developmentTake ML systems from experimentation through to deployment on real autonomous platformsWhat we’re looking forYou’ll ideally bring:Strong machine learning and deep learning fundamentalsExcellent Python skillsExperience with PyTorch or similar modern ML frameworksStrong software engineering ability, ideally including C++ or RustExperience developing, training and evaluating production ML modelsA strong understanding of performance, reliability and real-world engineering trade-offsIf you’re a strong ML engineer looking to work beyond prototypes and build AI that has to perform in the real world, we’d like to hear from you.
