You'll be tackling challenging problems, learning from some of the best in the industry and travelling to deploy technology in the real world.What you'll be doing:Developing and deploying machine learning models into real-world environmentsWorking directly with customers to understand problems and build AI solutionsBuilding end-to-end systems, from sensor data through to user-facing applicationsIntegrating AI into software products and resource-constrained hardwareExperimenting with new approaches and solving complex technical challengesWorking across the full lifecycle, from prototyping through to deploymentWhat we're looking for:A strong technical degree from a leading university, or relevant early-career engineering experienceA solid foundation in machine learning, algorithms or applied mathematicsProficiency in Python and experience with C++, Java, Rust or similar languagesFamiliarity with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or JAXStrong problem-solving skills and a desire to build things that work outside the labExcellent communication skills and an interest in working directly with customersWhy join?Work alongside exceptional engineers, take on responsibility early and contribute to technology with genuine real-world impact.
