Following a successful period of growth, they're now looking to hire an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to help take frontier AI research into production.If you're the type of ML Engineer who enjoys taking cutting-edge research and turning it into production systems used by global enterprises, this is one of the most technically exciting opportunities currently on the market.You'll be joining a well-funded AI startup backed by some of the biggest names in venture capital and AI, building technology at the intersection of LLMs, simulation, behavioural science and large-scale machine learning.You'll own the journey from research prototype to production, working on:Fine-tuning, RL and model distillationLarge-scale inference optimisationProduction ML systemsData pipelines powering LLM applicationsScaling frontier AI models for enterprise useWe're looking for:✔ 2+ years building production ML systems✔ Strong Python engineering experience✔ Hands-on experience with LLMs, fine-tuning or post-training✔ A startup mindset with genuine ownership✔ Someone who enjoys solving difficult engineering problemsWhat's on offer:up to £180,000 base salary (depending on experience)Meaningful equityLondon (5 days onsite)Small, high-performing engineering teamHigh ownership from day oneInterested?
