Applicants can expect to work with a team focused on innovative, data-informed learning solutions for modern workplaces.Role Description The Machine Learning Intern will support the design and implementation of data-driven solutions that enhance Zrutam LLP’s learning and assessment products. Day-to-day tasks may include collecting and preprocessing data, experimenting with machine learning and deep learning models, evaluating algorithms, and assisting in deploying prototypes for internal use. The intern will collaborate with mentors and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical approaches, document findings, and present insights clearly. This is an internship role with a hybrid work arrangement, based in Bhubaneswar, where some work from home is acceptable.Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science and Algorithms to design, analyze, and implement efficient solutions.Applied skills in Machine Learning and Deep Learning for building and evaluating predictive models.Knowledge of Statistics for data analysis, model evaluation, and interpreting experimental results.Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in ML (such as Python) and libraries (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn).Ability to work with datasets, perform data cleaning, and visualize results using appropriate tools.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn in a fast-evolving environment.Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a hybrid team setting.
