We are looking for researchers and scientists who have demonstrated original thinking, technical depth and the ability to build or discover something meaningfully new with AI.Areas of InterestRelevant backgrounds include:Deep Learning / Neural NetworksReinforcement LearningAgentic AI / Autonomous AgentsLarge Language ModelsRepresentation LearningGenerative ModelsMulti-Agent SystemsPlanning, Reasoning & Decision-MakingFoundation ModelsMachine Learning for complex sequential problemsWhat We Are Looking ForStrong candidates may have:Developed a novel model, architecture, algorithm or training methodologyBuilt an AI or agent system with genuinely differentiated capabilitiesPublished significant research at NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, CVPR, AAAI or similar venuesConducted high-impact research at a leading AI lab, university or technology companyCreated notable open-source AI research or systemsDemonstrated exceptional mathematical, experimental or engineering abilityApplied AI to difficult problems where standard approaches were insufficientA PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline is preferred, but not essential for exceptional candidates.The RoleYou will work on challenging research problems involving prediction, learning, reasoning and decision-making, with the opportunity to develop novel approaches and test them against large-scale real-world datasets.The environment is highly research-driven, combining academic-style experimentation with practical deployment, supported by substantial data, compute and engineering infrastructure.No quantitative finance or trading experience is required.We are particularly interested in people who can point to something they have done in AI that is original, unusual or technically exceptional.Locations: London / New York / Hong KongIf you are interested in this opportunity, please email a copy of your CV to steven@aaaglobal.co.uk.
