The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring dairy production machinery, setting up equipment according to production schedules, and adjusting machine settings to maintain output and product quality. Daily tasks include loading materials, overseeing automated processes, performing routine checks, and reporting any equipment issues to maintenance or supervisors. The role involves following safety and hygiene procedures, completing production documentation, and working closely with team members to meet production targets and timelines. The Machine Operator is expected to maintain a clean work area, support continuous improvement efforts, and follow standard operating procedures throughout each shift.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Machine Operation skills and experience working with industrial Machinery in a manufacturing or food production environment.Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, including the ability to inspect products, monitor process parameters, and follow safety and hygiene standards.Candidates should possess proficiency in using Hand Tools for basic adjustments, minor repairs, and routine equipment maintenance.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with supervisors, maintenance teams, and coworkers, and for accurately reporting issues or incidents.Previous experience as a machine operator, production worker, or in a similar industrial role is preferred.Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced production environment.Basic understanding of production documentation, safety protocols, and food handling or manufacturing standards is an asset.High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in manufacturing or mechanical fields is an advantage.
