Team members join a forward-looking company committed to high performance, safety, and environmental responsibility.Role Description The Machine Operator is a full-time, on-site role based at Hydro Haven’s production facility in Ajman. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring bottling and purification machinery, setting up equipment according to production schedules, and ensuring smooth, continuous operation throughout each shift. Daily tasks include performing routine equipment checks, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting minor technical issues, as well as following safety and hygiene procedures aligned with ISO standards. The Machine Operator will inspect products for quality, record production data, report equipment or process concerns, and collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet output and quality targets. This position requires strict adherence to safety protocols and a focus on maintaining a clean, organized work environment.Qualifications Ability to operate and monitor production equipment, with practical skills in machine operation and familiarity with industrial machinery.Experience performing quality control checks on products and processes, following established standards and documentation procedures.Comfort using basic hand tools for routine adjustments, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks on production lines.Strong communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and team members, report issues clearly, and follow written and verbal instructions.Previous experience in manufacturing, food and beverage, or water bottling environments is an advantage.Willingness to work shifts, stand for extended periods, and follow strict safety, hygiene, and environmental guidelines.High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in mechanical, industrial, or related fields is beneficial.
