We’re Hiring: Senior Machine Operator – Plastic Manufacturing**NexGen Plastic Industries LLC – Umm Al Quwain, UAE*We are looking for an experienced *Senior Machine Operator* for our plastic manufacturing facility.*Requirements:** 5+ years’ experience in plastic manufacturing / injection molding* Strong knowledge of machine setup, operation and parameter adjustment* Able to troubleshoot machine and production issues* Experience with mold changeover and production start-up* Good understanding of product quality, safety and preventive maintenance* Able to lead junior operators and work in shifts* UAE/GCC manufacturing experience preferred
