Machine Operator

Job Title: Machine Operator / Technician (English Speaking) Reports To: Technical Director/ Operation Manager Industry: Metal & Aluminum Fabrication Job Purpose: We are hiring a hands-on Machine Operator / Workshop Technician to work directly with our Foreign Technical Director.

Full technical training on specialized 3-roll profile bending machinery and tooling setups will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate workshop machinery (press brake, profile bending machines, metal forming equipment). Install and adjust tooling, rollers, and guides carefully to avoid scratches or damage to aluminum profiles. Measure curved profiles using radius gauges, templates, and calipers to verify accuracy, checking for surface scratches, kinks, twisting, or wall collapse. Perform routine machine cleaning, tooling maintenance, lubrication, and strictly follow workshop safety rules.

Required Qualifications and Experience: Must speak and understand English clearly (all daily instructions and technical training are directly with foreign management, no translator). Practical hands-on experience operating workshop machinery (press brake, bending/rolling machines, CNC, or metal forming equipment, specifically profile/section bending, not plate rolling). Basic understanding of workshop tools, measuring instruments, and technical drawings. Hands-on shop-floor mindset (this is an operator/technician role on the floor, not an office engineering job). Technical diploma, mechanical certification, or equivalent practical shop-floor background.
