Machine Operator (Coater)

This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically inclined individual who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and operating equipment in a fast-paced production environment.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED preferredPrevious machine operation, coating, mixing, manufacturing, or production experience preferredMechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issuesAbility to learn new processes and follow detailed work instructionsStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to accept feedback and adapt to changing prioritiesBasic computer skills preferredForklift experience is a plusAbility to lift up to 50 poundsReliable transportation and strong attendance recordAvailability to work a first-shift schedule consisting of 10- or 12-hour shifts, generally Monday through Thursday, with Fridays required as production needs dictateJob DutiesSet up and operate coating and production equipment according to established proceduresMonitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain product qualityLoad and unload production materials and finished goodsPerform visual inspections and quality checks throughout the manufacturing processTroubleshoot equipment and process issues and assist with corrective actionsRecord production, quality, and process data accuratelyMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentFollow all safety, quality, and environmental proceduresAssist with equipment cleaning and changeovers between production runsCollaborate with production and quality teams to ensure efficient operationsTrain other operators when qualified and assist with additional duties as neededIf you’d like to hear more about this opportunity and others we are currently working on, please contact Tory Mack at tmack@cps4jobs.comJO: 6.25.26TM
