This full-time, on-site role in New Cairo includes preparing daily lesson plans, leading group and individual learning activities, and fostering social, emotional, and cognitive skills through play and structured learning. The teacher will observe and document children’s progress, communicate regularly with families about development and behavior, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent educational standards and classroom routines. Additional responsibilities include maintaining classroom order and hygiene, implementing school policies, and participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.Qualifications Strong classroom management, lesson planning, and activity design skills focused on preschool-age children.Ability to create a nurturing, inclusive, and safe learning environment that supports social and emotional development.Effective communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues in a professional manner.Organizational skills to manage multiple students, materials, schedules, and documentation efficiently.Relevant experience in early childhood or preschool teaching, with knowledge of child development principles.Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field preferred.Willingness to participate in ongoing training, adopt innovative teaching methods, and collaborate within a team.Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
