Location: Dearborn, MI (Onsite) Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer/Programmer with strong expertise in COBOL and IBM mainframe technologies.

The candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise mainframe applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain applications using COBOL.Write and maintain JCL for batch processing.Develop and optimize DB2 SQL queries and database programs.Work with CICS and mainframe transaction processing.Perform application enhancements, debugging, and production support.Analyze and resolve application defects and production issues.Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and other developers.Support batch jobs, scheduling, and application performance.Follow Agile/software development and documentation standards.Required SkillsCOBOLJCLDB2CICSIBM z/OS / MainframeMainframe batch processingProduction support & troubleshootingSQLVersion control / deployment toolsPreferred SkillsVSAMIMSMQREXXEndeavor/ChangemanCA7 or other scheduling toolsExperience with Agile/ScrumExperience10+ years of Mainframe development experience.Strong hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS.
