Maintenance & Reliability Engineer

Al Shurooq Industries LLC is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to maintain and improve the reliability of our CNC machining, fabrication, and plant equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance within a manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Maintain CNC machines, laser cutting machines, press brakes, welding equipment, compressors, cranes, and other factory utilities.Minimize equipment downtime and improve machine reliability.Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness.Manage maintenance records, spare parts inventory, and service schedules.Coordinate with production, procurement, and external service providers.Ensure compliance with safety standards and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.RequirementsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.5-8 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.Hands-on experience with CNC machine maintenance is essential.Knowledge of CNC Controls, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, servo systems, industrial automation, TPM Principles etc. Strong troubleshooting, planning, team coordination and communication skills.Why Join Us?Modern manufacturing facility with advanced CNC technology.
