Maintenance Associate

Note: The candidate for this position will be hired on a Third party (HRSG) contractPosition Title: Maintenance AssociateDepartment / Section: Operations / MaintenanceReporting To: Maintenance ManagerLocation: Tapal Tea Office, Raiwind, PunjabKey Responsibilities:Conduct daily physical inspections of all utility equipment and submit inspection reports.Execute the preventive maintenance schedule and maintain accurate records in SAP.Ensure zero downtime of critical utility equipment, including generators, solar systems, compressors, hoist lifts, cargo lifts, blending and ventilation units, and air conditioning systems.Perform breakdown maintenance activities and maintain proper documentation for all utility equipment.Coordinate and supervise outsourced maintenance activities and emergency breakdown support.Maintain complete records of generators and compressors in both hard and soft formats.Implement TIMS procedures and monitor compliance with relevant SOPs.Take proactive measures to ensure the safety of personnel and utility equipment.Maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE) in fully operational condition.Provide daily task reports and feedback to the line manager.Support the training and development of technicians.Perform any other duties assigned by management.Required Qualifications:B.E. / (Mechanical)3 to 5 Years in Manufacturing / Pharmaceutical etc.Minimum Skills & TrainingPlant Operations, Troubleshooting/ SAP / MS Office
