Dedicated to driving energy transitions, Wasco collaborates with industry stakeholders to enhance green value chains and foster a sustainable future for the energy sector.Job Description: Develop and maintain a comprehensive/structured maintenance plan in form of alike CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or PMS (Plant Maintenance System), while upkeeping the schedule to minimize production disruptions. Support regular maintenance (scheduled & unscheduled), inspection and repairs on machineries, equipment, tools, etc. in the Fabrication facilities. Coordinate maintenance activities with the Yard team and relevant stakeholders. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and instrumentation issues to address breakdowns and inefficiencies promptly. Implement reliability maintenance strategies to improve overall equipment performance and reduce unplanned breakdown.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history and generate reports on equipment performance & maintenance metrics.Added advantage if familiar with utilization of predictive maintenance techniques such as vibration analysis, thermography, etc. to detect early sign of equipment degradation. Ensure all machineries, equipment, tools, etc. following safety requirements and relevant guidelines (International and Local Authorities). Qualification:Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field.Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years in a plant, fabrication, or production environment.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in operating and maintaining CMMS or PMS software (or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
