Maintenance Engineer

Duties & ResponsibilitiesA pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our milling equipment and facilities.Leads a team of maintenance technicians to perform the routine maintenance tasks on production equipment to ensure optimal functionality.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to prevent equipment breakdowns.Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.Carry out any other duties as assigned by superiorJob RequirementsDiploma/Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related fieldProven experience in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systemsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and schematicsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailEffective communication and teamwork abilitiesWillingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance calls.
