As we continue to expand our manufacturing capabilities, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on maintenance engineer to join our team.🔧 Role OverviewThe maintenance engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliable and continuous operation of our production equipment. The role involves daily equipment inspections, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, preventive and breakdown maintenance, and supporting production requirements.We are specifically looking for candidates with strong hands-on experience in plastic injection molding machine maintenance.Experience with IML robots, automation systems, PLC/HMI, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical troubleshooting will be highly preferred.🛠️ Key Responsibilities• Troubleshoot and repair plastic injection molding machines• Handle mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation faults• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance• Troubleshoot and maintain IML robots and automation systems• Troubleshoot PLC/HMI and machine control systems• Maintain auxiliary equipment such as chillers, air compressors, and material conveying systems• Analyze recurring breakdowns and recommend corrective actions• Prepare and maintain PM schedules, maintenance records, and breakdown reports• Identify spare parts and coordinate with suppliers and service providers• Support procurement and technical coordination for maintenance requirements• Implement improvements to increase machine reliability and reduce downtime• Support the installation and commissioning of new machinery and technologies• Follow company safety procedures, including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout).• Coordinate maintenance activities with production teams to minimize production interruptions✅ Requirements• 3–4+ years of hands-on experience in injection molding machine maintenance• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge• Practical experience in troubleshooting industrial equipment• Experience with PLC/HMI troubleshooting• Experience with IML robots and automation systems is highly preferred.• Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, automation, industrial engineering, or a related field• Ability to read technical drawings, electrical diagrams, and equipment manuals• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills• Ability to work under pressure and support production requirements• Good communication, teamwork, and documentation skills• Experience in plastic manufacturing, packaging, or process industries is an advantage.• Willingness to work on-site in Ushairat Sudair and support shifts or weekend work when required💼 Compensation & Benefits💰 Salary: SAR 3,000–3,300 per month🏠 Accommodation: Provided by the company🚌 Transportation: Provided by the company🪪 Iqama: Provided by the company📋 Other benefits: As per Saudi labor law🌍 Candidates of all nationalities are welcome to apply.📩 How to ApplyInterested candidates are requested to send their CV to:Abdulrahman@kanr.com.saPlease mention “Maintenance Engineer – Injection Molding” in the email subject line.#Hiring #MaintenanceEngineer #InjectionMolding #PlasticIndustry #IML #Automation #Robotics #PLC #HMI #Maintenance #SaudiArabia #Riyadh #Jobs #EngineeringJobs #Manufacturing #PlasticManufacturing
