The company focuses on reliable production quality, timely delivery, and continuous improvement in its moulding processes, offering opportunities for team members to work with advanced manufacturing equipment.Role Description The Maintenance Engineer (Injection Moulding) is a full-time, on-site role based in Solan. The role involves performing routine and corrective maintenance on injection moulding machines and associated equipment to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production. Daily tasks include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, carrying out repairs, and implementing preventive maintenance schedules. The Maintenance Engineer will monitor equipment performance, maintain maintenance records, coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives for machine reliability and safety. The role may also involve evaluating spare parts requirements, liaising with vendors, and adhering to workplace safety and quality standards.Qualifications Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance Engineering for injection moulding machinery.Demonstrated ability in Maintenance & Repair of mechanical and hydraulic systems.Experience planning and executing Preventive Maintenance programs for production equipment.Practical knowledge of Electrical Maintenance, including basic troubleshooting of control panels and machine wiring.Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).Experience in plastic injection moulding or similar manufacturing environment is highly preferred.Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals, and maintain clear documentation.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality.Capacity to work in shifts, respond to urgent breakdowns, and collaborate effectively with production teams.
