The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field;Experience in maintenance engineering within an industrial or manufacturing environment;Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, pumps, motors, conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems;Familiarity with industrial standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures;Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies;Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions;Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical information clearly (Portuguese and English);Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.The main responsibilities are:Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans for mechanical equipment;Analyze equipment failures and lead root cause investigations to minimize downtime;Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for reliability improvements;Support troubleshooting activities and provide technical expertise on mechanical issues;Manage spare parts strategies and support inventory optimization;Collaborate with engineering, and HSE teams to ensure safe and efficient operations;Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on asset reliability, cost reduction, and performance enhancement;Support the installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment.Localization: Gafanha da NazaréRegime: On-site/HybridOur agapian incentives are:Health insurance;Life and personal accident insurance;Free training (technical, behavioral and language) and certifications (technical);Partnership with a discount platform in various sectors;Vodafone plan (communications and mobile broadband);Access to free nutrition, psychology, and general medicine consultations;Continuous and personalized career progression support.
