The CompanyAn established international manufacturing business operating a substantial production facility in Plymouth. The site combines a broad range of manufacturing equipment with a focus on quality, operational performance and continuous improvement. The RoleWorking as part of the engineering function, you will provide hands-on maintenance support across production machinery, responding to faults and carrying out planned maintenance to minimise downtime. The role would suit an electrically biased, multi-skilled engineer who is confident diagnosing problems and working independently during night shifts. Mechanical skills would also be beneficial. Night shift 10pm to 6am. RequirementsExperience maintaining machinery within a manufacturing or industrial environment.Strong electrical fault-finding skills and a multi-skilled engineering approach.Mechanical maintenance experience would be advantageous.Ability to work independently, prioritise breakdowns and maintain safe working practices.Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship.Package48k SalaryNight shift: Monday night to Saturday morning, 22:00-06:00.4% pension contribution/matching.Employee Assistance Programme and retailer discounts.Tools provided.
