Maintenance Head

Job Title: Maintenance HeadDelhiJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Maintenance Head to oversee the maintenance, repair, safety, and smooth functioning of all restaurants and office facilities. The person will be responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, kitchen equipment, civil work, refrigeration, and other critical infrastructure.Key Responsibilities· Manage overall maintenance activities across all restaurant outlets, offices, kitchens, and other company facilities.· Ensure uninterrupted functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, exhaust systems, DG sets, water systems, and other utilities.· Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all critical equipment.· Monitor and ensure timely resolution of maintenance breakdowns and emergency complaints.· Coordinate with restaurant managers and operations teams to understand and resolve maintenance issues.· Supervise maintenance technicians, electricians, plumbers, AC technicians, and external vendors.· Maintain proper records of preventive maintenance, breakdowns, repairs, AMC, spare parts, and equipment history.· Manage AMC contracts and negotiate with maintenance vendors and service providers.· Ensure regular servicing of kitchen equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, ovens, burners, exhaust systems, dishwashers, etc.· Monitor electricity, water, gas, and other utility consumption and identify opportunities for cost reduction.· Ensure compliance with electrical, fire, safety, and statutory maintenance requirements.· Coordinate with landlords, contractors, vendors, and government/utility agencies whenever required.· Plan and supervise maintenance work during restaurant non-operating hours to minimize business disruption.· Prepare and control the maintenance budget and ensure expenses remain within approved limits.· Maintain adequate stock of essential maintenance materials, tools, and spare parts.· Identify recurring equipment failures and take corrective measures to prevent repetition.· Conduct regular inspections of outlets and prepare maintenance audit reports.· Support new restaurant openings by coordinating electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen equipment, and other technical installations.· Ensure proper handover and commissioning of new equipment and facilities.· Respond immediately to critical breakdowns affecting restaurant operations.· Ensure all maintenance staff follow company safety procedures and SOPs.
