This environment offers professionals the opportunity to work within a growing, client-focused organization in a dynamic industrial setting.Job DescriptionMaintenance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, responsible for overseeing the maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure their readiness and operational efficiency, reduce breakdowns and downtime, and extend the equipment's operational lifespan.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plansSupervise the maintenance team, assign tasks, and monitor performanceTrack equipment failures, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actionsEnsure machinery and equipment readiness while minimizing downtimeManage spare parts inventory and monitor maintenance costsCoordinate with relevant departments to ensure operational continuityPrepare maintenance reports and performance indicators, and propose improvementsEnsure compliance with safety procedures and approved regulationsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in machinery and equipment maintenance, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial roleSkills:Leadership and team managementMaintenance planning and executionFailure analysisCost controlProblem-solvingProficiency in Microsoft Office and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
