MAIZ MEXICAN KITCHENWe're Hiring: Maintenance Manager — Pan India  50 outlets, 5 cities today → 200 outlets, 8 cities in 24 months  Maiz Mexican Kitchen is scaling fast, and we're looking for a Maintenance Manager to help build and run our national facilities and R&M function. You'll work closely with senior leadership to keep every outlet running smoothly, while getting hands-on exposure to vendor management, preventive maintenance, and new store commissioning as we grow.What You'll Own•     Uptime, Nationally — ensure maintenance uptime across outlets, pan India•     Vendor & AMC Framework — help execute and strengthen the national vendor and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) framework•     Preventive Maintenance Culture — drive preventive-maintenance schedules and compliance across outlets•     Opex Support — track and help manage the maintenance opex budget•     Energy & Cost Optimisation — support energy-saving and cost-optimisation initiatives across the network•     New Store Commissioning — support commissioning of new restaurants as we expand into new citiesWhat We're Looking For•     6–7 years of experience in multi-site QSR or F&B maintenance•     Hands-on experience running maintenance operations across multiple outlets•     High ownership and a bias for action•     Data-driven approach to decision-making•     Vendor management savvy•     Willingness to travel extensively, pan India•     Industry: Preferably QSR•     Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or any other relevant streamRole Details Reports To Head of Projects & Maintenance Location Mumbai (HQ), with Pan India travel Scope Maintenance + Opex Support + New Store Commissioning Compensation CTC ₹12–14 LPA How to ApplyInterested candidates can share their resumes at:  noella.s@maiz.in  and  anil.k@maiz.in
