Maintenance Manager

Set against panoramic views of Dubai’s skyline, AURA delivers a vibrant day-to-night experience where exceptional hospitality, music and contemporary dining come together.We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join the team at AURA Skypool Dubai, one of Dubai’s leading lifestyle destinations.The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and technical requirements of the venue, ensuring all facilities, equipment and systems are maintained to the highest operational and safety standards. The role requires a hands-on professional who can effectively manage preventive and corrective maintenance while ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all preventive and corrective maintenance activities across the venue.Ensure the effective operation and maintenance of MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other technical systems.Respond promptly to breakdowns and technical issues to minimize operational disruption.Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion.Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance requirements and potential risks.Coordinate and supervise external contractors, suppliers and service providers.Manage maintenance records, reports, spare parts, tools and inventory.Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements and applicable maintenance standards.Work closely with Operations and other departments to ensure the venue is maintained to a consistently high standard.Support the maintenance team and ensure tasks are prioritized and completed efficiently.Ideal Candidate:Minimum 1-2 years' experience in similar role within hospitality, F&B, hotels, resorts, leisure or lifestyle venuesStrong hands-on knowledge of MEP, HVAC, pool, and kitchen maintenanceGood understanding of preventive maintenance programs and emergency/breakdown maintenanceExperience managing contractors and third-party service providers.Strong problem-solving, organizational and team-management skills.Good communication skills in EnglishGood leadership skillsUAE experience within hospitality or a high-volume operational environment is highly preferred
