We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to direct our plant maintenance strategy, maximize equipment availability and reliability, and lead our site maintenance engineering teams toward operational excellence.In this role, you will oversee plant maintenance programs, lead equipment reliability initiatives, manage capital and operational budgets, drive alternative fuel strategies, and foster a strong culture of safety and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDepartmental Leadership & Strategy: Provide overall direction across all plant maintenance sections, translating overarching manufacturing strategy into structured execution plans aligned with operational excellence guidelines.Equipment Reliability & Asset Management: Utilize plant performance data, condition monitoring tools, and automated control systems to track maintenance KPIs and optimize equipment availability and reliability.Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Crusher, QA, Process, and Production teams to address maintenance gaps, resolve operational bottlenecks, and maintain seamless plant flow.Financial & Budget Control: Direct operating budgets (OPEX) and capital replacement plans (CAPEX), optimize spare parts inventory, manage vendor and contract risks, and execute cost-reduction initiatives to support EBITDA targets.Sustainability & Continuous Improvement: Drive plant efficiency programs and optimize the co-processing of Alternative Fuels and Raw Materials (AFR) to support corporate sustainability targets.People Leadership & EHS: Lead performance management, technical training, and employee engagement programs while enforcing strict compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and IT policies.Key QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (strongly preferred), Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.Licensure: Registered / Licensed Professional Engineer.Experience:Minimum 10+ years of experience in cement manufacturing operations.Minimum 5+ years in a managerial or senior department leadership capacity.Technical Competencies:In-depth understanding of the full cement manufacturing process (crushing, pyroprocessing, kiln operations, finish grinding, and heavy rotating machinery).Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) programs, work-order management systems, and plant control automation.Proven track record in budget management, spare parts planning, equipment life-cycle analysis, and team leadership.How to ApplyReady to drive maintenance excellence at a leading cement facility?📩 To Apply: Click Apply or send your CV directly to recruitment-phl@holcim.com.#CementIndustry #MaintenanceManager #PlantEngineering #CementManufacturing #ReliabilityEngineering #MechanicalEngineer #EngineeringJobs #HeavyIndustry
