Role Description The Maintenance Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role oversees daily maintenance operations, ensuring that building systems, equipment, and facilities are functioning safely and efficiently. Key tasks include planning and coordinating preventive maintenance schedules, supervising maintenance and repair activities, and responding to urgent facility issues. The Maintenance Manager will lead maintenance personnel, manage vendors and service providers, monitor maintenance records, and support compliance with safety and operational standards.
