The successful candidate will be employed by the client and based at its premises in Jeddah.Role DescriptionThe Maintenance Manager will lead installation, maintenance, and repair operations for home appliances, air conditioning systems, and refrigeration equipment. The role focuses on managing technical teams, improving service efficiency, and ensuring high standards of repair quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and installation teams, workloads, and service schedules.
• Oversee technical troubleshooting and ensure timely, effective repairs.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate spare parts requirements and availability with procurement and warehouse teams.
• Monitor service response times, repair quality, repeat visits, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with technical procedures, manufacturer guidelines, and safety standards.
• Evaluate technician performance and identify training and development needs.
• Resolve escalated technical complaints and recurring service issues.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service, and other departments to improve service delivery.
• Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements to productivity and service quality.Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Previous experience with major companies in the home appliances, air conditioning, or refrigeration industry.
• Proven experience leading technicians and managing maintenance and installation operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and spare parts management.
• Ability to monitor service performance and implement operational improvements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
