🗂 We’re Hiring: Maintenance Professional🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time💼 Level: Mid-Level to SeniorWe are seeking a technically skilled, analytical, and reliability-focused Maintenance & Reliability Professional to improve equipment availability, maintenance performance, asset reliability, and operational efficiency. This role will work closely with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Production, and Safety teams to develop effective maintenance strategies and reduce equipment failures and operational downtime.🎯 Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies.• Monitor equipment reliability, availability, maintainability, and overall asset performance.• Analyze equipment failures, breakdowns, and recurring maintenance issues.• Conduct root-cause analysis and develop corrective and preventive actions.• Develop maintenance plans, schedules, procedures, and reliability improvement programs.• Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities using condition monitoring techniques.• Analyze maintenance data, failure trends, downtime, MTBF, MTTR, and other reliability KPIs.• Identify opportunities to reduce unplanned downtime, maintenance costs, and equipment-related risks.• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to improve equipment design, maintainability, and reliability.• Support equipment commissioning, shutdowns, turnarounds, upgrades, and lifecycle management activities.• Develop and maintain asset registers, maintenance records, equipment documentation, and technical databases.• Evaluate equipment criticality and establish risk-based maintenance priorities.• Support spare parts planning, inventory optimization, and maintenance resource planning.• Work with suppliers, contractors, and equipment manufacturers on technical issues and reliability improvements.• Implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), failure mode analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.• Support maintenance management systems such as CMMS, EAM, or asset management platforms.• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements.• Prepare reliability reports, maintenance performance dashboards, technical recommendations, and management updates.• Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance technicians, engineers, and operations personnel.✅ Requirements• Proven experience in maintenance, reliability engineering, asset management, industrial engineering, or a related technical field.• Strong understanding of preventive, predictive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance.• Experience with reliability methodologies such as RCM, FMEA, RCA, Weibull analysis, or criticality analysis.• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, rotating equipment, or industrial systems.• Experience analyzing maintenance KPIs including MTBF, MTTR, equipment availability, downtime, and maintenance cost.• Experience with CMMS, EAM, or computerized maintenance management systems.• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.• Experience developing maintenance strategies, asset improvement plans, and reliability programs.• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and maintenance optimization.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to work effectively with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, Production, Procurement, and Safety teams.• Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards and maintenance best practices.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and maintenance data analysis tools.• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or a related field is preferred.• Professional certifications such as CMRP, CRE, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or relevant engineering qualifications are an advantage.🌟 What We Offer• Opportunity to improve the reliability and performance of critical industrial assets.• Exposure to maintenance strategy, asset management, reliability engineering, predictive maintenance, and operational excellence.• Opportunity to lead equipment improvement and reliability transformation initiatives.• Career progression into Senior Maintenance & Reliability Professional, Reliability Engineer, Maintenance Manager, Reliability Manager, Asset Manager, Engineering Manager, or Head of Maintenance & Reliability roles.• A safety-focused, technically driven, and collaborative work environment.• Technical training, professional certifications, mentorship, and development opportunities.• Competitive compensation, performance incentives, and comprehensive benefits package.
