Key Requirements

Significant experience within the rail, metro, tram or railway transportation sector.Strong technical and maintenance management experience relevant to the respective discipline.Experience working within complex, safety-critical transportation environments.Strong understanding of maintenance, asset reliability, systems performance and operational requirements.Experience leading technical teams, maintenance activities and/or specialist contractors.UAE/GCC rail experience is highly desirable.Relevant experience across Metro, Tram or Railway environments will be considered.Relevant BackgroundWe are particularly interested in professionals with experience across:Metro and tram networks, including operations, maintenance and lifecycle management.Railway infrastructure and track maintenance within large-scale transportation networks.Rolling stock maintenance and fleet reliability.Railway systems, including signaling, communications and Automatic Fare Collection (AFC).Mechanical & electrical systems within rail or metro environments.Asset management and maintenance management systems, including the implementation, optimization or continuous improvement of maintenance strategies.Large-scale rail transportation projects, network expansions, upgrades, commissioning or mobilization environments.Experience supporting major regional rail programmes, including Metro and national railway projects in the GCC, would be particularly relevant.Candidates are encouraged to apply if their background aligns with one or more of the technical areas above and to specify their area of expertise and preferred discipline when applying.
