Maintenance Section Head

Key Responsibilities:• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.• Minimize equipment downtime and improve asset reliability & OEE.• Lead RCA for recurring equipment failures.• Manage industrial utilities including refrigeration, boilers, compressors, HVAC, water treatment, and electrical systems.• Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors.• Manage critical spare parts and coordinate planned shutdowns.• Drive TPM, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives.• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and HSE standards.• Support equipment upgrades, automation projects, and CAPEX implementation.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.• 8+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in Cake & Cookies, FMCG, or Food Manufacturing.• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory/team leadership role.• Strong experience with automated production lines, packaging equipment, and industrial utilities.• Knowledge of TPM, RCA, preventive/predictive maintenance, GMP & HACCP.• Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFDs, and automation systems is preferred.
