Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob Purpose To plan, supervise, and oversee all preventive and corrective maintenance activities across KSA retail fuel service stations, ensuring maximum equipment uptime, operational safety, and full compliance with OOMCO technical standards and Saudi regulatory codes. Manage maintenance service providers and contractors to deliver prompt, cost-effective solutions within approved OPEX budgets and established SLAs.Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintenance Operations & PlanningDevelop and execute scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) and prioritize Corrective Maintenance (CM) across all station assets (dispensers, STPs, ATGs, leak detection, electrical panels, and civil structures).Manage work orders and monitor technician/contractor performance via the company’s CMMS/maintenance management system.Track and optimize key maintenance KPIs, including equipment availability, contractor response times, and resolution turnaround.Supervise testing, calibration, and statutory verification of fuel dispensing equipment in coordination with authorized regulatory bodies (e.g., SASO / Taqyees).Participate in preparation of Capex/ Opex for the fuel stations Maintenance Management & Capital Project Maintenance CPM.Review the technical part of submissions from stakeholders, consultants, contractors and report to Line manager with recommendations. Participate in preparation of tender documents, technical evaluation of tenders. Contractor & Vendor ManagementSupervise third-party maintenance contractors, ensuring adherence to contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and scopes of work.Review contractor invoices, job completion certificates, and measurement sheets against actual field delivery before submitting to the Line Manager.Assist in drafting technical specifications, scopes of work (SOW), and maintenance tenders. Safety, Health & Regulatory ComplianceEnforce strict compliance with HSE rules, hazardous area classifications, and Permit to Work (PTW) protocols during any station servicing or repair.Ensure all station facilities strictly comply with Civil Defense safety standards and municipal regulations.Conduct regular field audits and safety inspections, promptly correcting site hazards or non-conformities. Reporting & Asset Handover Jointly inspect and sign off on technical handovers for new or revamped stations from the Projects Department into active maintenance operations.Prepare weekly and monthly reports detailing asset downtime, maintenance spend versus OPEX budget, contractor performance, and recurring technical faults.Carry out related duties or emergency response support as directed by the Line Manager Background Knowledge & Experience. Education Level Recognized Bachelor’s Engineering Degree. Work Experience Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in asset maintenance, with at least 2 years specifically in retail fuel service stations or downstream petroleum retail.Practical knowledge of forecourt systems (Gilbarco, Wayne, Tokheim, Veeder-Root ATG, Red Jacket/Franklin STPs).Valid KSA light vehicle driving license (essential). SkillsStrong working knowledge of maintenance software (CMMS/CAFM) and MS Office.Working knowledge of retail fuel safety regulations and KSA building/statutory codes.Professional fluency in written and spoken English; good command of Arabic.Strong problem-solving, vendor management, and emergency response capabilities.
