Customers rely on Hitech for strong value, dependable service, and products that meet aesthetic, security, and repair requirements in the KSA fencing sector.Role Description The Maintenance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore, responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning, safety, and reliability of production equipment and facilities. This position involves performing routine inspections, diagnosing issues, and carrying out mechanical and electrical repairs to minimize downtime. The Maintenance Specialist will execute preventive maintenance schedules, document maintenance activities, and coordinate with production teams to plan interventions around operational needs. The role includes troubleshooting equipment failures, recommending improvements, and collaborating with suppliers or external technicians when specialized support is required. The Maintenance Specialist is expected to follow all workplace safety standards, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement initiatives in the plant.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and general Maintenance to support production operations.Candidates should possess skills in Preventive Maintenance, including planning and executing scheduled maintenance activities.Candidates should possess skills in Maintenance & Repair, with the ability to perform mechanical and basic electrical repairs on industrial equipment.Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions.Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments, ideally within metal or fence product production.Knowledge of safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and adherence to occupational health and safety regulations.Ability to read technical manuals and engineering drawings, along with strong organizational and communication skills.Capacity to work on-site in Lahore in a shift-based environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
